SnapOps runs only when you click the extension icon. It processes images and SVGs locally in your browser to extract and convert them into WebP format.

All processing happens on-device. No data is sent to external servers.

• Images extracted from webpages remain on your device
• Any conversions (including WebP generation) happen locally
• Downloaded files are saved directly to your system via the browser

4. Third-Party Services

SnapOps does not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or external APIs.

5. Permissions

The extension may request minimal permissions required to:

• Access the active tab (only when clicked)
• Read image and SVG elements on the current page

These permissions are used strictly for core functionality.
